Client Events & Marketing Specialist
for their Houston office. This Hybrid position provides an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, coordinate high-profile client events, and support business development efforts in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with local priorities and practice areas. Lead the planning and execution of various client-facing events, including seminars, receptions, and hybrid programs, ensuring seamless on-site and virtual delivery. Oversee the management of event logistics, from vendor sourcing and venue selection to registration and on-site coordination. Maintain and update marketing materials, proposals, and the firm’s website to support local initiatives and external engagement. Prepare reports analyzing event outcomes, ROI, and providing insights for future strategies. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or events within a professional services or law firm environment. Proven ability to plan and execute strategic events and marketing activities effectively. Experience with CRM systems and event platforms such as Cvent preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-facing skills. Must be available to work in-office 3–4 days per week and support events outside regular hours.
