We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Brand Ambassador to represent Visiting Angels in the community and build strong referral partnerships within the senior care and healthcare ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, developing strategic marketing plans, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, physicians’ offices, case managers, social workers, elder law attorneys, and community organizations. Develop and execute marketing development plans to grow referral sources and market share within the territory. Serve as the face of Visiting Angels in the community, representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Educate referral partners on Visiting Angels’ services, care model, and differentiators. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach to expand referral networks. Track referral activity, analyze trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional service for referred clients. Participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, or relationship management (home care, hospice, or senior living experience strongly preferred). Demonstrated experience in marketing development planning, territory growth strategies, and campaign execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping seniors. Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and grow referral partnerships. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
