Who You Are As a

Channel Marketing Manager , you will shape and execute on a channel marketing strategy to engage partners, generate revenue, and position Rhombus as a best-in-class cloud-native solution in the industry. This role will manage marketing budgets, provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions, and education for new product launches. The ideal candidate will oversee content creation, event management, and data analysis to shape future marketing strategies. This position requires close collaboration with Channel Sales, Marketing teams, and partners to develop integrated marketing plans and execute strategic campaigns.

What Youll Do

Shape and execute a channel marketing strategy to engage partners and generate revenue

Understand partners’ business objectives and build and execute agreed-upon marketing strategies

Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions, and education for new product launches

Manage and optimize content for email campaigns, newsletters, video scripts, blogs, ads, social media, and collateral

Create high-quality, multi-format content such as social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, partner case studies, blog content, and white papers

Manage all aspects of channel and partner events, including webinars, tradeshows, and Partner Forums

Coordinate event logistics, including strategy, materials creation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, and on-site production

Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analyses, reporting results and recommendations to sales and marketing teams

Plan and manage account-based marketing activities with the Channel Sales team, identifying key accounts and executing strategic campaigns

Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing data to shape future marketing strategies

Collaborate with Operations teams and sales leaders to ensure full cycle follow-through for Marketing Leads and MQLs.

What Were Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in channel marketing, account-based marketing, or related roles.

Strong understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.

Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and executing marketing strategies.

Excellent content creation skills, including long-form and short-form copy, video scripts, and social media content.

Strong event planning and management skills, with experience coordinating tradeshows, webinars, and other partner events.

Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Location This is a remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. Sacramento candidates must be able to commute to the office up to 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). SF-Bay Area candidates must be able to commute to the office 1 day per week (Tuesday).

Compensation $100,000 - $115,000

Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
