Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search
Create, edit, and manage digital content (website copy, emails, and social content as needed) while maintaining brand consistency
Write and optimize website content for SEO; monitor rankings and stay current on algorithm changes
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and reporting
Collaborate with the Social Media team to support content creation and community engagement
Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms
Conduct market research to identify trends and new growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned messaging
Key Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proficiency with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and reporting on performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with CMS platforms; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
