Marketing Technology Coordinator

The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and user adoption of the firm’s Contact Relationship Management system Intapp DealCloud. Working in tandem with the Marketing Technology Manager and Specialist, Client Development (CD), and Information Technology (IT) colleagues, the coordinator ensures the firm’s CRM tools meet the day-to-day needs of the Department and considers improvements to current systems and processes.
Salary range
in CA for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Responsibilities
Handling and troubleshooting daily processing and data entry, with a primary focus on maintaining the integrity of the database.
Ensuring the firm’s contacts (prospects, clients, and alumni) are well-maintained; data is clean, de-duplicated, and processes are in place to share updated information with the firm’s lawyers.
Ensuring all marketing lists are current.
Assisting with maintenance of our alumni data, which includes overseeing accurate data flow between our alumni database/website, our employee database, our intranet, and our CRM to ensure information is populating and updating properly among all systems involved.
Working collaboratively with members of the BD team to ensure pitches, proposals, and activities are entered and updated in the CRM.
Ensuring that new, departing, or re-joining employees’ contact information is accurately noted in the system.
Assisting with conducting contact-management training for the CD Department, lawyers (or their assistants), and the firm’s third-party support providers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field required.
Experience in a professional services organization, preferably a law firm.
Excellent analytical and technical skills. Strong command of Microsoft PPT, Word and Excel.
Solid understanding of:
CRM systems (reporting and analytics); Intapp DealCloud experience preferred.
Email marketing systems.
Pitch and proposal-generation tools; PitchPerfect experience preferred.
Self-motivated, but works well in a team environment; excels at communicating well with all team members while working autonomously to ensure deadlines are met.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and ensure quality.
Strong client-service ethos, with an ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and ensure issues are resolved and that stakeholders are kept apprised and informed of status and outcomes.
Exhibit a high degree of initiative, critical-thinking, skills and the ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
