Preferred location is Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) but we are open to remote candidates.
Role Summary The Graphic Designer, Creative Solutions will support multiple teams across OneTeam (Sales & Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Consumer Product Licensing, People & Culture) and oversee the end-to-end development of creative assets, including custom decks, presentations, and image mock-ups that support business, marketing, and Player Association partner needs. The role will also lead the execution of OneTeam’s brand visuals, creating and updating cohesive assets for web and social channels and ensuring a consistent, elevated brand presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Play an integral role in setting the creative direction for go-to-market materials, external sales proposals and social marketing assets
Own the ongoing design, maintenance, and implementation of the OneTeam website, including content updates, page builds, and enhancements via the Content Management System
Partner closely with the Communications team to align website, social, and digital content with broader brand, messaging, and campaign priorities, including coordination on graphics, visual storytelling, and social-ready assets
Maintain and streamline consistent creative standards and brand identity across OneTeam and Player Association partners
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and make recommendations on graphic treatments and key visuals to include in various materials
Manage graphic and image selection, licensing, and internal photo/logo library
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Refer new creative tools and platforms to drive creative efficiency
Prioritize and manage multiple projects, while ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Additional duties and special projects as assigned
Key Skills, Experience And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
3-5 years’ experience working in graphic design for an agency, network, brand or related company in the sports or creative industries
Extensive expertise with graphic design software (Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software) as well as presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.)
Hands-on experience with website design, build, and maintenance, including CMS-based platforms and an understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web and social media
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Exceptional attention to detail, precision and accuracy, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency across all visual materials
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines consistently through strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to translate limited information into compelling, on-brand creative assets and sales materials
Passion for sports and/or sports knowledge a plus
Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 + bonus opportunity

Working Conditions This role is primarily performed in a professional office or remote work environment, with occasional travel required for industry events and partner meetings. The position generally follows standard business hours (Monday through Friday), though flexibility may be required at times to meet project deadlines or partner needs. The role involves extended periods of computer use and regular interaction with internal teams and external partners via email, video conferencing, and collaborative tools. Physical demands are minimal and typical of an office-based role, including occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds for events or presentations. The Graphic Designer must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
