
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop clear, compelling, and original copy for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives, including newsletters and onsite assets Collaborate with Art Directors on wording for Brand and Product Campaigns across various channels (e.g., performance marketing, social media, etc.) Create Wording Guidelines for campaigns supporting marketing events, such as sales and collaborations Assist Graphic Designers by ensuring on-brand messaging for a variety of creative assets Establish and maintain our brand's Tone of Voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels Drive the thoughtful use of AI-supported tools and workflows to scale creative output, while setting guardrails that protect Westwing’s brand voice, quality standards, and creative excellence YOU COME WITH
5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within a brand or creative agency environment, preferably with first experience in leadership Fluency in both English and German Marketing expertise with solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning strategies Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in both English and German Proficiency in using and creating AI prompts without reliance on them Creativity and wit with a sense of humour as sharp as your grammar WHY WESTWING
