Overview The Technical Marketing Executive will play a critical role in supporting market development and commercial growth within the fertilizer and agri-inputs industry. This position involves market planning, technical marketing, customer engagement, and sales support for fertilizer additives, process chemicals, and performance-enhancing solutions.

The role requires close interaction with fertilizer producers, distributors, and internal technical and sales teams to provide product-specific and application-based guidance, support trials and evaluations, and identify new market opportunities across phosphate, nitrogen, and compound fertilizer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Support

market planning and go-to-market strategies

for fertilizer additives and process optimization solutions

Conduct

market research

to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Engage with fertilizer producers to provide

technical product information, application guidance, and performance insights

Support

sales activities , including customer meetings, product presentations, trials, and post-trial evaluations

Collaborate with technical, operations, and commercial teams to align product positioning with market requirements

Assist in identifying

new business opportunities

and growth segments within the fertilizer value chain

Qualifications

Experience in

market planning and market research , preferably within fertilizers, chemicals, or industrial sectors

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders

Understanding of

sales and marketing processes

in B2B or industrial markets

Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a

fast-paced, on-site environment

Educational background in

Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field

is preferred

Prior exposure to

fertilizer production, additives, agri-chemicals, or specialty chemicals

is an advantage
