As part of a broader enterprise strategy to become a more data-driven organization, this team is launching a formal data and AI initiative. The program is led by a manager focused on improving how the business understands, interprets, and uses data and AI to drive decision-making. This role will support that effort by delivering education and training that helps employees understand data-driven decision-making concepts and apply them in their day-to-day work. Must-Have Qualifications
A blended background combining instructional design with data analytics and AI concepts, including an understanding of how GenAI tools are used within business applications. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to understand data concepts and apply quantitative reasoning to solve business problems. Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization and decision-support tools. Experience designing digital learning experiences using Vyond or comparable platforms. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while confidently engaging with diverse stakeholder groups across the enterprise. Creative and adaptable approach to tailoring training content for different audiences, roles, and levels of data maturity. Nine-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools. Prior use of the Vyond learning module platform. Key Responsibilities
Identify and define the most effective tools, techniques, and approaches to make data more accessible, understandable, and actionable across the organization. Educate employees on AI concepts, including where AI adds value, which tools are appropriate, and how they should be applied in a business context. Design and deliver technical and data literacy training through multiple formats, including courses, digital learning content, newsletters, instructional videos, and live or virtual sessions. Own end-to-end learning development, including course design, content creation, instructional materials, class coordination, and facilitation for audiences at all levels. Partner closely with IT and business teams to co-develop role-specific training, such as tailoring data literacy and AI education to functions like Claims or other operational groups.
