The Events & Promotions Supervisor plays a key role in creating the excitement our guests love. From large‑scale giveaways and tournaments to internal communications and Caesars Rewards operations, this position blends leadership, organization, and showmanship. Interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise the Events & Promotions team Partner with event coordinators and cross‑functional departments to ensure flawless execution Communicate event and promotion details clearly and promptly across the property Assist in developing events, promotions, and managing the Marketing calendar Proof all direct mail, collateral, and promotional/entertainment materials Oversee internal communications, signage, and digital visual content Support ushering and signage needs for Entertainment Venues Emcee events and promotions, including speaking on a microphone before large groups Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company and departmental policies Order promotional gifts and departmental supplies Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills for planning and administrative tasks Organize and maintain department files and ensure proper distribution of paperwork Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing Experience & Qualifications

Three (3) years of casino industry experience in promotions and event execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proven success in advertising, budgeting, analysis, event planning, and entertainment scheduling Ability to speak confidently in front of large groups Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of Manager Leadership Assessment Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, and use a step stool Ability to see both near and far distances Ability to hear and respond to sounds in the immediate environment Ability to climb stairs and move quickly throughout the property Ability to work in environments with noise and potential exposure to tobacco products Be Part of Something Legendary
