Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Campaign Management:

Lead end-to-end planning, KPI setting & tracking, and post-campaign analysis for major new product launches, mid-year promotions, and special events across online channels (TMall, JD.com, Douyin). Support sales and paid traffic teams in achieving targets including sales volume, new customer acquisition, and conversion rate improvement.

Media Asset Production & Management:

Oversee the creation and management of online promotional content, with a strong focus on video materials for Douyin and other information feed platforms. Analyze campaign and audience data to guide operators (e.g., DP partners) in shooting, editing, and optimizing promotional assets.

Methodology Development:

Summarize and develop best practices for brand, category, and product marketing direction throughout campaigns and short video promotion activities.

Livestream Coordination & Optimization:

Integrate live streaming schedules across channels, arrange product focus and streaming rhythm with media leads, monitor real-time data to adjust traffic strategies, and analyze campaign & audience data to recommend improvements.

Special Projects & Analysis Support:

Provide support for special projects related to traffic, audience, online industry trends, and product analysis.

Position Requirement

Strong independent project ownership, with the ability to abstract and summarize complex campaigns, using quantitative and data-driven approaches to drive and measure progress and outcomes.

Proven expertise in short video content, data, and information feed promotions, with the ability to manage, guide, and summarize effectively.

Excellent industry, audience, and scenario insights, with clear communication and execution skills.

Strong ability to communicate, summarize, and drive collaboration with partners.

Skills / Experience Required

5–8 years of e-commerce market operation experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector; beauty and skincare categories preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or above, in marketing, event planning, or related fields preferred.

Hands-on experience in e-commerce, Douyin, and livestream operations.

Practical experience in budgeting and managing large-scale paid traffic or promotional projects.

English fluency as a working language.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
