Responsibilities The
Digital Marketing and Creative Design Specialist
is a key driver of Genesis’ digital and visual presence, responsible for creating compelling digital content, leading the organization-wide deployment, management, and optimization of social media platforms, and developing physical and digital marketing materials such as flyers, posters, videos, and promotional collateral across Genesis and its affiliated Centers. This role partners closely with national, regional, and local teams to craft innovative campaigns that elevate the brand, engage audiences, and support organizational growth. Leveraging data-driven insights, this role will produce creative assets, manage content calendars, and oversee enterprise social media governance, analytics, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all channels—all while strengthening brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining a strong reputation. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and digital and visual expertise to tell the Genesis story in ways that resonate across multiple channels.
Development of clear digital marketing strategy to bring the brand to life
Strategic advancement of the external reputation and brand of Genesis and its affiliated Centers through meaningful and well-orchestrated digital marketing strategies and initiatives
Revolutionize digital processes or tactics connected to digital strategies including building HootSuite capabilities and functionality from infancy
Support local digital marketing initiatives and inspire the brand stewards in our centers and at the national level
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or related industry
Certified HootSuite Professional
Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Strong track record of leading successful digital marketing initiatives, with exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Proficient at managing time and work within tight and often-changing deadlines
Excellent, professional communication and interpersonal skills
Significant attention to detail required
