Overview
Flex is a modern period care brand in hyper-growth mode: design-driven, culture-forward, and revolutionizing the way people experience their periods. We focus on understanding our customers and creating body-safe, medical-grade products that perform, bringing those truths to life through authentic, human-centered storytelling. We’re looking for a performance-minded, creatively curious Associate Manager, Creator & Digital Marketing to support the execution and evolution of Flex’s UGC growth engine across paid and organic channels. Reporting to the Content Strategy Manager and Director of Marketing, this role will help execute UGC-first creative—from creator sourcing and briefing through testing, iteration, and performance analysis—to improve conversion, reduce CAC, and increase creative velocity. Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and equity stock options. Responsibilities
Manage the UGC Growth Pipeline: support creator sourcing, briefing, gifting, contracting, testing, and iteration across paid and organic channels. Manage and maintain a scalable, repeatable creator pipeline including UGC creators, agencies, and whitelisting partners. Cultivate long-term creator relationships that consistently deliver high-quality, on-brand, high-performing content. Support Performance-Driven Creative: contribute to creative hypotheses and testing informed by data and channel insights. Ensure ≥80% of UGC assets meet or exceed performance benchmarks (CTR, CPA, CVR) across paid channels. Support efforts to mitigate creative fatigue through rapid testing, iteration, and refresh cycles. Increase Creative Velocity & Operational Rigor: support the launch of new UGC assets in line with channel needs and campaign priorities. Create clear briefs, feedback loops, and timelines to move efficiently from brief to launch. Manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously while staying on schedule, within budget, and maintaining attention to detail. Analyze, Learn, and Share Insights: review creative performance metrics including CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CPA, and CVR; summarize performance insights and recommendations; contribute to UGC performance dashboards and bi-weekly recap reporting. Expand UGC Impact Across Channels: repurpose winning UGC assets and insights across paid social, organic social, PDPs, email, and retail-adjacent content where applicable; partner with cross-functional teams to inform broader marketing and revenue strategies. Build Community-Based UGC Programs: assist in testing and launching community-driven programs such as affiliates, ambassadors, and creator platforms; help define success metrics and iterate through test-and-learn phases. Manage Gifting & Contracts: seed ~50 creators per month through gifting programs; support contract coordination and fulfillment, ensuring all creator and agency contracts are negotiated, executed, and filed with clear usage terms and timelines. Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in creator marketing, UGC, paid social creative, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Direct, hands-on experience executing UGC or creator-led campaigns across paid and/or organic channels. Strong understanding of what makes UGC effective, with the ability to evaluate creative performance and apply learnings. Experience executing affiliate and ambassador programming. Experience coordinating gifting and seeding programs. Comfort working with performance data and ability to turn insights into action. Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Skilled negotiator with experience coordinating rates, contracts, and usage terms with vendors and creators. Strong market researcher. Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Revenue partners. Curiosity, resilience, and excitement to become a subject matter expert in all things menstruation and modern period care. 30-60-90 Plan
In Your First 30 Days, You Will: Get up to speed on Flex’s brand, products, creative standards, and growth goals. Learn existing UGC workflows, creators, performance benchmarks, and reporting. Build relationships with key partners across Marketing, Creative, and Revenue. Begin contributing to creative briefs and performance reporting. By 60 Days, You Will: Independently manage defined creator sourcing, briefing, gifting, and testing workflows. Execute briefs, testing plans, and performance recaps with minimal oversight. Launch new UGC assets with predictable timelines and clear hypotheses. Begin surfacing proactive insights to creative performance reporting and iteration plans. Identify early opportunities and share ideas to improve velocity, structure, or performance. By 90 Days, You Will: Take ownership of specific creator initiatives or channel-specific execution. Consistently deliver high-quality UGC execution that supports performance goals. Be seen as a reliable execution partner of Flex’s UGC growth engine. Our shared values
