Job Description for a Business Relationship Manager. The candidate will: Be managing and building trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP Act in ownership mode for people, delivery and service line relationship Work closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements Have a general sense of urgency in communication and delivery matters with customers and have the ability to inculcate similar culture within your organization Work with portfolio management - accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs Responsibilities

Engineering Graduates/MBA Have Life Science domain experience Have experience in managing T&M engagements Should have Proven leadership and People skills Experience working closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements Familiarity with data lifecycle management, Datalake, Datawarehouse and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) Have experience in portfolio management-accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs Salary Range: 126,700-171,400 a year
