Talento has partnered with a luxury brand on a search for a graphics designer and content creator. This individual plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of the brand. This position is designed for a creative who understands that design is not decoration, but storytelling — a tool for expressing mood, identity, and desire through every visual touchpoint. Working closely with Marketing and Creative, this role translates brand vision into refined, high-impact visual assets across digital, social, and print platforms. From campaign narratives to day-to-day content, the Graphic & Digital Content Creator helps define how the brand is experienced, remembered, and admired. Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and copy teams to develop visually compelling design solutions aligned with brand strategy. Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling. Design and produce premium visual assets across digital and print channels, including: social media content, email and newsletter designs, website visuals and landing pages, presentations, brochures, catalogs, linesheets, infographics and campaign materials. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while continuously elevating visual expression. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment. Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while adapting designs for different platforms and formats. Stay current on design, fashion, and digital trends to inform and evolve the brand’s aesthetic. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or web design, preferably within fashion or luxury brands. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience a plus. Demonstrated experience producing both digital and print marketing assets. Deep understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Highly detail-oriented with a refined eye for composition and consistency. Ability to translate conceptual direction into elevated visual execution. Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Confident, collaborative communicator within cross-functional creative teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, in-house creative environment is preferred. A polished portfolio showcasing strong creative range and technical skill.
