As a
Founder Associate (Product) , you’ll work hands-on to shape our new SaaS venture. This is an
entrepreneurial product role
designed for individuals with ambitions to
launch their own ventures in the future

Location:
Remote (EU)
Contract:
6-month engagement, as
Freelance
or
Werkstudent:in (Germany)
Compensation:
€2,400/month netto + VSOP (shares)
Responsibilities
Assist in defining and executing the
product roadmap
Support
feature ideation, user research, and market analysis
Collaborate with engineering and design to bring ideas
from concept to launch
Track metrics, gather feedback, and suggest improvements
Contribute to strategic discussions on
product growth and scaling
Requirements
First experience in a high-paced environment (consulting, startup, or similar)
First experience in Product Management or product-related roles
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
Past entrepreneurial experience (Founder Associate, startup founder, or side projects) is a strong plus
