About the Role Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Staffing Sales Coordinator to join our growing staffing agency based in Manalapan, NJ. This role will focus on developing new business and supporting existing client relationships across healthcare, education, and non-clinical staffing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
This position will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Development, providing hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance while learning the staffing sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within healthcare, education, and non-clinical sectors
Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct follow-ups to establish relationships with potential clients
Support senior sales and recruitment team members with client outreach and account management
Learn client staffing needs and help match them with qualified candidates
Assist with job order intake, client documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate records of client activity in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)
Attend meetings, networking events, and occasional client visits as needed
Collaborate closely with recruiting and credentialing teams to ensure smooth placements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0–2 years of sales, staffing, customer service, or business development experience
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward goals
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Hubspot - Customer Relationship Management System a plus
