Responsibilities
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments, and ensuring the appointments take place
Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Qualifications
Current U.S. drivers license and the ability to travel by car
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
A licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
Tenacious desire to succeed
Enjoys team collaboration
Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 per year
