This company sells almost 1,000 SKUs of different fabric, apparel, and textiles that are used in sportswear, outdoor wear, and all types of recreation apparel manufacturing. We’re seeking experienced National Sales Representatives to fuel our ongoing growth. Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 base salary plus a percentage of every dollar in revenue generated. Year One On Target Earnings (OTE) can achieve $100,000-$150,000 for a motivated salesperson. Benefits

Hybrid onsite and remote. Employees will go into the office 2-3 times a week for meetings but otherwise be working remotely to contact and visit clients nationally and attend tradeshows. Ideal Candidate Profile

Success in lead generation, relationship-building, and deal-closing within a structured four-step sales process is key. We are searching for highly talented individuals with textile industry expertise and solid industry connections who are resilient, personable, and view setbacks as growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have a track record of personal success, team leadership, and fostering growth. These roles require a sharp, analytical mindset and a talent for coaching clients, advising on purchasing trends, and providing impeccable, personalized service. Key Objectives
Represent the company with a deep understanding of our offerings. Discover new trends and innovations in textiles and sewn products. Plan strategically to meet company targets, optimize sales goals, and stay current on industry developments. Maximize resources provided to meet and exceed targets. Build and nurture effective leads, forging new relationships. Continuously seek new sales opportunities and close deals. Be a trusted resource, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and service. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and expand the company’s global presence. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships that address their needs and drive ongoing sales. Maintain company standards by participating in brief daily check-ins with sales management for progress updates and support. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Attend relevant local, regional, and national trade shows as needed. Use CRM daily for tracking and managing client interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of three years in sales management within the textile industry. Proven track record in managing the full sales process, from planning to closing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Exceptional relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
