As a

Senior Outbound Account Executive (AE)

Expand the top of the funnel by complementing centralized marketing efforts with strategic, self-sourced outbound prospecting. Build trusted relationships across multiple levels within target accounts, including C-level executives, influencers, and decision-makers. Lead complex, consultative sales conversations that diagnose customer business needs and align BambooHR solutions accordingly. Drive consistent sales execution using BambooHR’s sales methodology to meet and exceed quota. Forecast accurately, build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage, and document all activity thoroughly in the CRM. Demonstrate deep product and use-case knowledge across BambooHR’s platform and service lines. Partner with BDRs to move prospects from latent to active need by creating urgency and value. Set the foundation for long-term customer success through clear, thoughtful handoffs to post-sales teams, including identification of future growth opportunities. Serve as a role model within the sales organization by sharing best practices, contributing to team learning, and elevating outbound execution standards. What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done
