The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $109,200 - $147,400, depending on qualifications; the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team. The Channel Operations Manager, Wholesale partners with Wholesale Leadership, Field Sales, Revenue Operations, and Cross-Functional teams to define and drive annual financial and operational plans, with an emphasis on revenue performance across brands and wholesale channels. They identify, escalate, and act on revenue-related opportunities and risks within wholesale channels and act as the voice of the customer to ensure a remarkable customer experience. This role has one direct report, the Channel Operations Specialist, and reports to the Director of Strategy and Operations. Essential Duties

Supports the wholesale business by providing revenue operations consultation and leadership on how to drive revenue growth across each of our brands and wholesale channels. Collaborates with data and insight analysts, finance, and accounting partners to review and analyze defined KPI's, data and analytics to identify revenue and profitability trends and gaps to drive field activations. Supports the definition, implementation, and measurement of sales targets and KPIs for the sales team. Partners with data and insight analysts, demand planning and sales leadership to ensure the right inventory is in place at the right time for the business. Acts as a day-to-day partner and operational resource to field leadership, sales teams, and key customers to build collaborative relationships and ensure their needs are met. Oversees the sales strategy and process, identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations for change. Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure the wholesale business integrates seamlessly with the rest of the organization. Partners with technology and enablement teams to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to be successful, such as CRM systems, sales training, and customer data. Responsible for stewarding and leading communications via internal channels on timely subject matters including business operations, initiatives, best practices, and accomplishments across brands and wholesale channels. Manage assigned staff: provide clear goals and expectations; ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities; coach; manage performance; develop; salary administration; enforce systems, policies and procedures; recruit, select and onboard new employee(s). Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or channel management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in footwear business is a plus/preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret and articulate customer business needs, document, and translate them into operating procedures. Demonstrated ability to get results through collaboration and influence with organizational partners. Ability to evaluate and optimize processes and procedures. Knowledge and ability to incorporate emerging industry and technology practices when solving business problems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Work Environment

This role operates in a Hyflex work environment; home office availability with in-office work 1 day per week. Additional Information
