Responsibilities
Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience at the store, give style advice, propose alternatives. Facilitate the brand's high standards customer service, communicate the brand's aesthetic. Always apply and maintain the brand’s procedures and policy. Achieve monthly sales goals. Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling. Participate to maintaining the visual merchandising as per guidelines. Participate to the store maintenance team effort (floor and BOH). Lead by example. Have experience in Luxury retail, 5+ year or more within the Shopping center. Have extensive customer service skills. Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated. Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation and good personality. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Be detailed orientated and enthusiastic. Be a team player.
