Overview
Field Sales Representative for TruGreen conducts door-to-door sales with homeowners to promote and sell personalized lawn care services, using a proven sales playbook and CRM to track interactions. Position requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors, and basic tech and time-management skills; compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and benefits. Paid training, career advancement, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required; U.S. residency and English fluency are mandatory. What You’ll Do
Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow through Cross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills Solid time management and a self-starter mindset Comfortable with technology and mobile devices Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors Perks & Benefits

$27,669.00 - $58,865.00 This range is based on qualifications and may vary by experience, training, and location. Most candidates start in the bottom half of the range. The upper end may be reserved for highly experienced candidates. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance and a company-matching 401(k).
