Responsibilities
Manage external and internal activities to acquire, maintain, and grow profitable accounts within the Diamond and Jewelry sector
Qualify sales leads and pursue potential new customers for the employer's services
Establish and maintain multi-level business relationships with executive and senior-level management
Oversee contract maintenance and renewal processes, ensuring favorable terms for the employer
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues for new and existing customers
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in emerging markets
Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing multiple accounts and providing innovative business development solutions
Minimum of five (5) years of experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Intermediate to expert level skills in all areas of Microsoft Office
Must be 21 years of age and willing to travel 50-75%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international sales, freight forwarding, or shipping operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
Strong business acumen with success in managing multiple clients
Experience in import/export operations and customs
Excellent track record in developing profitable operations
