As part of the Digital team, the Amazon Account Manager will play a critical role in driving Tata Harper’s growth in European Amazon markets. This individual will have deep expertise in Amazon selling models (1P and 3P) and hands-on experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central. Reporting to the VP of Digital, you will lead account setup, paid media strategy, analytics, and operational execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth and brand excellence. Principal Accountabilities:

Lead Tata Harper’s launch and growth strategy on Amazon EU, including account creation, setup, and compliance with regional regulations. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging performance data to optimize listings and conversion. Own paid media strategy and execution, managing Amazon Advertising campaigns in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Drive content excellence, collaborating with Brand Marketing to deliver best-in-class A+, PDP, and Brand Store content while maintaining brand standards. Oversee inventory planning and forecasting, coordinating with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing weekly recaps on sell-through, account status, and actionable insights. Manage operational processes, including order tracking, chargeback resolution, and customer service coordination with internal teams. Foster strong relationships with Amazon representatives and agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5–7 years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of launching and scaling businesses (international experience preferred). Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising and performance optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus. Solid understanding of inventory management and demand planning. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
