Account management experience, including client relationship-building and conflict resolution Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities Problem-solving skills, proactive thinking, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and internal teams Familiarity with the aviation industry or similar technical fields is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a team environment on-site Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
