Job Details We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Sales Manager in the Aggregate / Sand industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the aggregate, sand, and cement sectors, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Additionally, this individual will be involved in Quality Control. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a hunter mentality and the ability to stay current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in the aggregate, sand, and cement sectors by identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.

Maintain and optimize existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and key selling points.

Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.

Manage the sales territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales targets.

Utilize strong prospecting skills to identify potential clients and convert them into actual sales.

Conduct regular account reviews to track clients' satisfaction and usage, recommend changes and improvements, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management, highlighting achieved and potential sales, client issues, market trends, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in aggregate, sand, or cement sales

Proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory and meeting sales targets.

Strong skills in prospecting, territory management, and account management.

Excellent relationship-building skills with a knack for turning prospects into loyal customers.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and stay on top of industry trends.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

An entrepreneurial mindset, with a hunter mentality and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach to doing business.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Experience with Quality Control.
