Sales Analyst (Operations & Enablement)
to support our growing commercial organization. This position offers a flexible work environment, a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually along with a bonus program, stock options and generous benefits including paid time off. This role will be a critical partner to Sales leadership, owning our CRM (HubSpot), delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards, and supporting the operational execution of sales trainings and national sales events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, and sales enablement. Additionally, they live in the Madison, WI area and be willing to travel a few times per year for the National Sales Meeting and SLEEP Conference, as well as other potential events.

Key Responsibilities The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our growing commercial organization by owning sales operations tasks and delivering insights that drive revenue decisions. Here is a brief description of what this person would do:
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Sales leadership and frontline managers
Analyze pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and sales activity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sales reporting
CRM Ownership (HubSpot)
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot for the Sales organization
Maintain CRM structure, fields, workflows, and dashboards to support evolving sales processes
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting
Support CRM best practices, data hygiene, and user adoption through documentation and training
Sales Operations & Enablement Support
Assist with the planning and coordination of onsite sales trainings, regional meetings, and the National Sales Meeting
Support logistics such as agendas, materials, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up
Partner with Sales leadership on enablement initiatives, onboarding support, and process improvements
Act as a reliable operational resource for the Sales team, helping remove friction and improve efficiency
Support territory planning and prospect assignment for account executives
Maintain the sales playbook, SOPs, and documentation to enable process consistency
Assist with setting the team up for success by preparing for new team member onboarding and assisting current team members with tasks as assigned by the CCO
Ensure accountability of new team members to complete all onboarding initiatives in the allotted time
Travel Approximately 15% of the year for conferences and organizational functions.
Requirements Education and/or Experience
2-4 years of proven success in Sales Analysis, Sales Support, or Sales Operations; startup experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), medical device, digital health, or regulated software environment strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Prior exposure to revenue operations, sales forecasting, or pipeline management is a plus
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; able to model, create pivot tables, and use advanced formulas
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, pipeline coverage, ACV) and, ideally, SaMD-specific commercial milestones
