Outside Sales Representative
to join our team in
Rapid City, South Dakota
at our newest location. This individual will be responsible for independently developing and growing a territory by building strong customer relationships and driving revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the rental equipment industry. If you’re ready to take ownership of a new market and be a key contributor to our continued growth, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory Conduct regular sales calls to construction offices and job sites Grow rental, sales, and service opportunities Promote Duke Rentals' services and represent our brand with professionalism Collaborate with the store team and sales management Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge of construction industry a plus Proficiency with computers and CRM tools Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $125,000 401(k) + match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and flexible scheduling Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM Work Location
