Motorola Solutions designs, develops, and manufactures advanced video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Our products have been deployed in thousands of locations including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, and retail environments. Responsibilities

Design and implement effective sales enablement programs tailored to the field sales teams, in line with broader sales and marketing strategies. Create compelling training programs using various formats (in-person, virtual, online modules) encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitive strategies. Develop and maintain essential sales tools and resources, including presentations and sales collateral such as battlecards, objection handling documents, and process guides. Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and engineering teams for alignment and optimal results. Manage our sales enablement technology stack, ensuring efficient use and seamless integration of tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach & Kaia, Seismic, etc.). Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of sales enablement efforts, including deal closure rates and sales cycle duration. Contribute to the overall North America sales enablement strategy while staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Specific Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, or Sales. Proven track record in developing and executing effective sales enablement programs that deliver measurable results. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, particularly in complex B2B sales cycles within the security sector. Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in sales technologies (Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, Zoominfo, Cornerstone, Articulate). Experience in developing and delivering sales training for technical products, especially in security technologies, is highly desirable. Familiarity with creating content aimed at technical audiences is preferred. Experience working with geographically dispersed sales teams is a plus. Results-oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. Compensation and Benefits

Target Base Salary Range:

$75,000 - $85,000 USD In accordance with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we aim to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be determined based on the individual candidate. Basic Requirements
