Overview
Digital Print Operator (6pm - 4am Shift) (Manufacturing) As a Digital Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of print jobs in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities
Operate state-of-the-art high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers at maximum speed
Accomplish production targets while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards
Configure, code, and initiate individual print jobs
Monitor quality of job output for color, position accuracy, and overall print quality
Mitigate waste of paper inventory
Perform all maintenance tasks and report service issues to the shift supervisor
Report problems promptly through appropriate channels
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
May require cross-training on other equipment within other departments as production needs require
Perform other duties as required
Your Profile
Experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills — Able to keep materials, work area, and tasks in order
Multitasking & prioritizing — Handle multiple jobs while meeting deadlines
Dependability — Shows up on time, follows through, and can be counted on
Ability to work under pressure — Stays focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
