Credit Card Marketing Copy Review Analysis contributing to a strong controls environment as an integral part of the first line of defense (FLOD) by providing regulatory oversight guidance for and performing reviews of marketing communications and digital marketing materials for the purposes of validating compliance with marketing and advertising regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Spanish Marketing Creative Review: Conduct thorough reviews of Spanish-language marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders. Meeting Participation and Documentation: Attend weekly credit card product meetings to capture detailed notes, focusing on product-specific nuances, regulatory considerations, and emerging issues. Knowledge Base Development: Organize and synthesize meeting notes and regulatory nuances to contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of a product-specific knowledge base. Support the integration of this knowledge into AI/LLM-driven tools for broader team use. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Must be fluent in reading and writing Spanish and English, with the ability to accurately review and interpret Spanish-language marketing creatives. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to take comprehensive, in-depth notes and identify key details relevant to compliance and product development. Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and build structured knowledge repositories. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document nuances and interact with cross-functional teams. 2-3 + years of professional experience with consumer and business-to-business advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk or audit experience Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred Extensive regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels In-depth banking experience including strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels Experience in drafting Procedures and training documents a plus Preferred skills

2 + years of experience reviewing customer communications for compliance with marketing & advertising regulations Experience in legal, regulatory compliance, financial services, or marketing review. Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven knowledge management tools. Prior experience supporting legal or compliance teams, including paralegal or legal assistant experience.
