Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Starkville, MS, for a Leasing and Marketing Manager. The Leasing and Marketing Manager will oversee property leasing activities and design strategies to attract and retain tenants effectively. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, managing tenant relations, coordinating leasing efforts, conducting market research, and creating promotional campaigns. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing leasing trends and ensuring occupancy goals are met while providing excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Leasing and Marketing strategies, including generating marketing plans and executing campaigns effectively
Strong Customer Relationship and Tenant Management skills to address inquiries, maintain satisfaction, and foster community engagement
Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis to understand local trends and improve tenant acquisition
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including verbal and written communication
Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve leasing targets
Proficiency with property management software and tools is an asset
Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
