Growing Health & Wellness organization in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a VP of Growth & Marketing to lead the company’s end-to-end digital commerce and growth strategy and brand campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale the global DTC growth strategy across Shopify, emerging channels, subscriptions, and marketplaces.

Manage and optimize the full e-commerce P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, LTV, and ROAS.

Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and influencer channels.

Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness through retention, grounded in testing and analytics.

Identify new digital revenue streams and expansion opportunities.

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to deliver clear insights to executive leadership and the board.

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across e-commerce, marketing, creative, and analytics.

Stay ahead of platforms, tools, and trends to continuously evolve the growth engine.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce and growth marketing, preferably in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical.

Proven success owning and scaling an e-commerce P&L with strong LTV/CAC discipline.

Deep expertise in Shopify; Amazon.

Advanced analytical and BI skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.

Demonstrated success scaling digital revenue from under $1M to $10M+ monthly.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
