
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction and Property management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, in-person in Farmington Hills, MI.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain a strong knowledge of various company marketing tools and programs including Yardi, RentCafe, G5 websites, G5 CMS, Manage Engine Ticket Center and others as needed
Partner with web company to manage the design and build of property websites
Craft creative copy for websites and ensure content is monitored and updated regularly and as needed
Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing and website provider on digital marketing initiatives to manage, analyze and execute implementation of SEO/SEM strategy – keeping pace with industry trends
Evaluate various marketing software and systems to make meaningful recommendations of new products that will enhance the site team ability to rent apartments and offer superb customer service
Coordinate new product launches and collaborate with the internal training department on best practices training procedures
Perform regular marketing software audits and manage product enhancements
Initiate marketing software and product start-ups at property takeovers
Manage all property photography: inventories current selections, makes recommendations and coordinates photo shoots and shot lists, catalogues, and uploads images to various feed sources for online display
Assist in creation of marketing materials for apartment projects (branding, floor plans, brochures)
Partner with Regional Managers to create marketing plans and content for email blasts and outreach for properties with occupancy challenges
Ensure quality and brand stands are met

Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and marketing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar, preferred
1-2 years’ experience in marketing, preferred
On site property management experience, a plus
