The Manager, Commercial Data Strategy is responsible for leveraging data to guide the organization to achieve business goals. This role ensures that data is accurate in its use to drive key business decisions. The Manager of Commercial Data Strategy focuses on customer journeys and data-driven decision-making within a commercial context. This role involves understanding commercial objectives, designing data governance and management frameworks, identifying key data sources, aligning stakeholders, and leveraging data to drive value and solve challenges. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serves as a data subject matter expert (SME) for the commercial team. Supervise and improve data stewardship processes, including oversight of data change requests (DCRs) managed by service providers. Oversee master data management (MDM) for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations (HCOs) within the commercial data warehouse (CDW). Oversee day-to-day operations of the CDW, troubleshooting and escalating issues as appropriate, ensuring follow-up and resolution. Oversee ingestion and validation of specialty pharmacy data ensuring completeness and accuracy. Design, assemble, optimize, and maintain data marts to support advanced reporting and analytics requirements within the Tableau environment, driving efficiency and scalability. Identify and implement process improvements and quality measures, including enhancements to exception management and data validation. Manage third-party agreement (TPA) contracts, ensuring vendors have compliant access to CDW data. Develop and maintain comprehensive CDW documentation from both technical and business perspectives. Integrate third-party syndicated data assets into CDW, ensuring data quality and alignment with business needs. Serve as a data subject matter expert (SME), educating and training cross-functional teams on available CDW data assets. Respond to and resolve data inquiries from field teams and commercial business partners, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborates on VEEVA integration requirements and other system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow. Ensure all CDW activities comply with company data governance, privacy, and security policies, as well as industry best practices. Supervisory Responsibilities

N/A. Knowledge & Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred. Five years in commercial operations, project management, sales engagement, and systems integration within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving commercial excellence initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). Demonstrated ability to influence laterally and vertically; ability to influence without authority, motivate teams, and maintain high levels of respect for and from peers. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales force strategy and optimization projects. Attention to detail, a commitment to quality and being results-driven and customer-focused. Other Characteristics

Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time; may exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, transcribe, view screens, and extensive reading. Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Responsibilities may require work outside of normal hours to meet business demands. Ability to travel within the USA. Compensation

At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs. You will also be able to participate in a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k company match, company paid life insurance and health and wellness benefits. The total compensation package for this position also includes other compensation elements such as stock equity awards, employee stock purchase programs and participation in our Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
