As a representative on TurboHome’s Homebuyer Success team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients as they navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives: purchasing a home. You’ll respond to inbound demand, qualify prospective clients, and connect them with the right TurboHome agent while learning the modern, tech-enabled real estate process. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who’s looking for hands-on experience and real upside through bonuses and commissions. We are available for clients throughout the week, so we need someone able to commit to rotating weekend shifts and occasional after-hours communication. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, fast-growing team, gain exposure to cutting-edge real estate technology, and play a meaningful role in helping clients save thousands of dollars while making homeownership more accessible. Respond quickly to inbound leads across phone, email, and text, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion rates Qualify inbound prospects by understanding their needs, verifying readiness, and routing to the appropriate TurboHome agent for next steps Build and sustain relationships with referral partners and external lead-generation channels, including other real estate professionals Meet or exceed monthly quotas for speed-to-lead, qualified conversations, and agreements signed Creatively re-engage cold leads through persistent personalized follow up Provide coverage for 2-3 weekend days per month (rotating schedule) to capture weekend inbound activity Work afternoon PST hours to maximize responsiveness to inbound leads after their 9-5 workday Use CRM and sales engagement tools to accurately track activity, manage pipelines, and document client interactions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, customer success, real estate, or another consumer-facing role is a plus Desire to learn about and become an expert in the homebuying process Ability to work full-time, fully remote, during Pacific Time business hours (or willingness to align schedule accordingly) Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, text, and email as part of a high-volume inbound workflow Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, email, calendars, messaging platforms); prior CRM experience is helpful but not required Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to learn modern sales and real estate processes Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Persistence and resilience when re-engaging leads who require multiple touchpoints A self starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Collaborative mindset and able to partner cross-functionally and provide feedback to improve systems and outcomes Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment Passionate about pioneering real estate solutions Competitive base salary (entry-level) Access to health care plans and a retirement contribution program Remote work with opportunity to travel for in-person collaboration when needed Opportunities for professional growth, including training programs and conferences Compensation
