Qualifications: Proficient with Excel cash flow analysis, debt, and joint venture waterfalls Skills necessary to create investment memoranda and to effectively communicate with investors, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders Ability to research markets and draw conclusions independently A desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment Day-to-day tasks will vary, ideal for individuals who thrive in roles with significant responsibility towards assuming leadership roles in the firm 1 to 2 years of property analyst experience, with undergraduate degree in economics, finance, real estate, or related field (internship experience considered) What the position offers: Candidate will contribute immediately to the Property Investments Team, while supporting other facets of the business including asset management and contract negotiations Opportunity to learn diversified real estate asset classes including multifamily, industrial, senior living, medical office, and self-storage The candidate will be trained to eventually source new investments Candidate will receive extensive mentoring and report to the Property Investments Team Additional Notes: Some travel required to evaluate new opportunities and existing assets The position offers a competitive salary and bonus commensurate with results Westminster offices are located next to Lake Forest Union Pacific North Train Station
