for a high-tech aerospace and defense contractor that delivers complex technology solutions for national security and space exploration. This is a visual storytelling role focused on internal communication and executive-level clarity. Role Details

Compensation: $30.00 per hour. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting. Duration: 10-month contract. Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO. What You’ll Be Doing

Executive Presentation Design: Develop high-quality graphics and PowerPoint materials for proposals, strategic roadmaps, and product capability trees. Complex Concept Translation: Break down intricate engineering and manufacturing processes into easy-to-understand visual narratives and consumable visuals. Collaboration & Iteration: Partner with Business Analysts to create cohesive working packages and incorporate real-time executive feedback quickly to gain team alignment. Content Creation: Design visual concepts for SharePoint, internal customer presentations, and training products, blending technical expertise with creative innovation. Messaging Support: Attend executive meetings to gather ideas, capture key messaging, and ensure all materials are clear, concise, and visually compelling. What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace environment. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional visual storytelling and executive decks. Technical Literacy: An aerospace background is highly preferred, specifically the ability to translate technical jargon into digestible visual content. Portfolio: A professional portfolio is preferred to demonstrate your ability to design for technical and executive audiences. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to video production (filming, editing, and post-production) using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. Experience with 2D/3D animation or 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, 3DS Max). Understanding of 3D printing software (e.g., Autodesk NetFabb, Mesh Fusion).
