Performance Marketing Manager
to fill a critical role in driving the growth of our brands through high-impact, performance-driven marketing. Your central goal is to lead and optimize all paid media activity across the US, partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional creative, and ensure our campaigns are aligned with brand direction while delivering measurable business results. Overview
You will oversee our US media agency, ensuring excellence in execution, pacing, optimization, and creative rotation across all channels. You will lead creative strategy, partnering closely with our brand, creative, and social teams to deliver compelling storytelling that resonates with consumers. You will manage reporting and deliver insights that guide decision-making across the company. This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong leadership, analytical rigor, and deep understanding of digital performance marketing. Responsibilities
Manage US paid media performance across channels including but not limited to: Google, Meta, TikTok, OLV, DSP, OTT and TV. Oversee our US media agency’s execution, ensuring daily accuracy across pacing, budgets, creative rotation, feed health, tracking, and optimizations. Develop and refine creative briefs; partner with the Marketing Coordinator and Brand team on all copy/creative requests and asset management. Partner with the social teams on UGC, influencer, and whitelisting initiatives. Manage reporting: weekly performance updates, monthly business reviews, and quarterly deep dives. Build forward-looking insights in collaboration with Global Marketing to inform messaging, channel strategy, and testing roadmaps. Incorporate MMM learnings into channel-level optimization recommendations. Identify and escalate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers in real time. Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Product, Creative, Finance, Retail, Customer Insights, and eCommerce on various initiatives. Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital, performance, DTC, or growth marketing. Expertise working with and directing media agencies and evaluating paid media strategy, optimizations, creative rotation, and pacing. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience forecasting revenue and media performance. Proven ability to build structured creative briefs, manage workflows, and provide actionable creative feedback. Experience owning performance reporting and presenting insights to leadership. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence. Who You Are
A strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital performance marketing who has experience managing media agencies. Energetic, proactive, and motivated by measurable results. Skilled at balancing creative intuition with data-driven decision-making. Comfortable leading agency partners and holding them accountable.
