Position Summary The
Content Marketing Coordinator
is a
part-time position
that supports real estate marketing efforts by creating, organizing, and distributing content that showcases properties, communities, and lifestyle experiences. This role assists with social media management, email campaigns, website content, and photography and video coordination while ensuring all marketing materials align with brand standards and campaign timelines.
Responsibilities
Creating and coordinating marketing content for properties and communities
Supporting social media, email marketing, and website updates
Manage content vendor deliverables, timelines, and invoices.
Coordinating photography, video, and creative assets
Maintaining content calendars and organized asset libraries
Ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
Assisting with property launches and promotional campaigns
Participate and appear in content
Qualifications
At least 0 to 1 years of experience in marketing, content, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and follow-through
Comfortable interpreting basic analytics to inform decisions
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus
Bachelor’s degree/Pursuing degree preferred but not required
Professional appearance and high level of personal accountability
Willingness to appear on camera and participate in content.
Understanding of story, narrative, and environment building
