The Role
We’re looking for a
Social Media Manager + Content Creator
to help us grow a warm, grounded, trust-based brand on
Instagram and TikTok .
This isn’t about chasing trends or over-polished content. It’s about storytelling, momentum, and helping people believe they can show up for the life they want—one small action at a time.
San Diego preferred (Pacific Beach a plus) | Remote-friendly
Must be comfortable on camera
What You’ll Do
Create and publish 15
high-quality posts per month
(short-form video + captions)
Must be ok speaking on camera
Cross-post content on
Instagram and TikTok
Share content that feels
human, motivating, and real —never preachy
Tell stories around personal growth, discipline, clarity, and everyday wins
Engage with the community and help shape a brand people trust
Occasionally appear on camera or help guide others who do
Already create UGC or short-form content you’re proud of
Know how to speak to goal-driven people without sounding like a “life coach”
Are comfortable on camera (or willing to be)
Value
consistency over virality
Are dependable and follow through
Want to grow with a brand—not just post and disappear
Are in San Diego / Pacific Beach (bonus, not required)
