Responsibilities

Oversee the ongoing editorial programming of images, graphics, and all other content within a growing library of royalty-free assets made available to app users. Develop innovative concepts, compelling themes, and curated content collections. Manage a dynamic content calendar and scheduled releases of new content, ensuring a fresh and engaging user experience. Evaluate internal analytics, industry data, trends, and cultural/current events to create best-in-class content plans and editorial calendars. Collaborate closely with creative partners, including art directors, designers, and photography directors, to bring editorial visions to life. Craft and manage a monthly release schedule informed by both data-driven insights and cultural understanding. Work independently to drive content initiatives while seamlessly integrating with cross-functional teams. Manage the day-to-day needs of a complex cross-functional workstream, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Qualifications

10 years of experience working in content strategy or a related field. Proven expertise in content strategy, content planning, and editorial concept development. Demonstrated ability to craft and manage a monthly release schedule of new content, informed by data and cultural insight. Experience evaluating internal analytics, industry data, trends, and cultural/current events for strategic content planning. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with visual creatives such as art directors, designers, and photography directors. Ability to discuss the nuances of photography and design, providing insightful feedback and direction. Capacity to work independently, manage complex projects, and effectively navigate cross-functional workstreams. About Aquent Talent
