to join the team behind Great Day SA, our weekday morning lifestyle show. This role is ideal for a producer with 1–3 years of LIVE broadcast experience who thrives in a fast paced environment, stays plugged into local culture and trends, and loves crafting compelling television. If you’re energized by storytelling, passionate about community-focused content, and excited to collaborate with a talented team, this position offers the perfect opportunity to shine. Responsibilities

Produce engaging, high energy content for our daily one hour lifestyle show. Research story ideas, trends, and segment opportunities for both broadcast and social platforms. Book guests for in studio, on location, and pre taped segments. Line produce live shows with precision and creativity. Lead pre show and post show meetings to align the team and refine content. Oversee the production floor, including segment setup, props, and guest audio (mics, IFBs, etc.). Greet, manage, and coordinate in studio guests and clients. Work closely with the sales department and clients to coordinate sponsored content and ensure seamless execution of segments. Demonstrate strong customer service skills when interacting with clients, guests, and partners. Collaborate closely with on air talent, editors, the production team, and the Executive Producer, maintaining strong communication throughout the production and booking process. Publish segments and stories across digital platforms, including social media and the station’s website. Utilize Cuez to organize show rundowns, streamline segment planning, coordinate team workflows, and support efficient communication across the production team. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in film, television, communications, or equivalent professional experience. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Detail oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude. Creative thinker with strong editorial judgment. Ability to adapt quickly and problem solve in a live production environment. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital storytelling. Basic editing and Photoshop skills. Familiarity with Cuez or similar newsroom workflow tools is a plus. Moderate physical activity required (standing, walking, lifting props, etc.). Travel is minimal (less than 10%). Work is primarily performed in a standard office/studio environment. Benefits and Equality
