About the Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle marketing - from acquisition throughretention by building audience specific campaigns that attract them to Crexi and makes themcustomers for life. This role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Analytics and ourinternal marketing agency of experts in their respective fields to design, launch, optimize, and scaleprograms that move users through the funnel and drive measurable business impact. What You\'ll Do

Defines, designs, and builds data-driven lifecycle programs spanning acquisition, onboarding,engagement, expansion, and retention. Develops lifecycle strategies and content frameworks across email, in-app, and push notificationchannels. Owns the full campaign lifecycle; from ideation and briefing to launch, QA, optimization, andperformance reporting. B uilds automated journeys including nurture flows, onboarding sequences, re-engagement,upsell/cross-sell, retention and win-back programs. Supports product launches and ongoing business initiatives with targeted lifecycle campaigns. Develops segmentation strategies and personalization logic based on behavioral, firmographic,and engagement data. Leads cross-functional campaign execution, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Operations,and various internal Marketing teams Develops clear campaign briefs, defines audience requirements and traits, and aligns messagingacross teams. Partners with Sales and Revenue teams to improve the marketing-to-sales handoff throughtargeted messaging and engagement insights. Works with Marketing Ops to implement workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reportinginfrastructure. Owns end-to-end campaign QA and performance monitoring. Defines success metrics, track results, and deliver clear performance reporting to stakeholders andleadership. Partners with the Data Analytics team and have a strong understanding of tools (Mixpanel, Sigma,Snowflake, Rockerbox) to dig deep into performance, identify trends, and surface actionableinsights. Runs ongoing A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, cadence, targeting, and channel mix. Makes thoughtful prioritization trade-offs to balance velocity with executional excellence. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

More than 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, or MarketingAutomation, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments. Hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs across the funnel. Experience working within a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred butnot required). Who You Are

Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented with the ability to stay positive andprofessional in any situation and an ability to provide clear and concise insights to clients andteam. Strong and efficient teamwork and cross-department collaboration. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and an ability to demonstrate and handlemultiple tasks accurately and efficiently with ability to handle confidential information. Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor, especially around QA and execution. High Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Able to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven businessrecommendations. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability toeffectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Strong understanding of CRE customer behavior and segmentation. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy, prioritization, andoptimization. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Why Crexi?

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
