Qualifications
3+ years of related experience in a talent management/development and/or training and development role.
5+ years of experience in a field sales role; experience in the CPG (beverage) industry is strongly preferred.
Strongly preferred: knowledge of CPG sales, including trade programs, pricing, product assortment, promotions, and execution.
Experience integrating business training needs into effective learning solutions.
Proven experience designing and developing onboarding for sales roles, as well as managing and facilitating learning experiences for sales personnel.
Extensive experience with training systems, tools, and processes; operational acumen is preferred.
Strong project management, consultative, and communication skills.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to train and present at multiple levels across the organization.
Ability to think strategically and synthesize complex business concepts; solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS is preferred.
Professional training certifications are preferred.
Physical Requirements

The employee is frequently required to walk and sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
