Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Delhi, OH. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the implementation of sales strategies and manage a team of sales representatives within the region. The role includes meeting sales targets, building and maintaining vendor and client relationships, identifying market opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for representing Ajay Pipes in the market with professionalism and aligning regional sales goals with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Service
Leadership ability with Team Management and Communication expertise
Analytical skills for Market Research and Territory Management
Knowledge of the plumbing products industry and market trends
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
