Responsibilities
Oversee and execute installations of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components (experience with whole house generators a strong plus)
Guarantee compliance with manufacturer guidelines, local building codes, and quality standards on every project
Conduct thorough system startups, performance testing, and final inspections to ensure optimal operation
Maintain open and effective communication with dispatch, supervisors, and fellow team members from start to finish
Keep job sites tidy, well-organized, and professional, while maintaining a clean and stocked company vehicle
Track and manage truck stock, order materials as needed, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally in every homeowner interaction
Participate in the team's on-call schedule as part of our commitment to reliable service
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a lead installer in residential HVAC
In-depth understanding of HVAC equipment, tools, refrigerant handling, and best practices
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently and independently
Dependable, professional demeanor with a keen eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication abilities
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical HVAC training is a strong plus
