The Billing & Membership Specialist plays a key role in supporting members by managing billing, payments, and membership processes with accuracy, care, and consistency. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, solving problems, working with data, and helping members feel supported and confident in their membership experience. Key Responsibilities
Billing & Payments
Manage annual member billing renewals and updates Process member payments and store sales accurately and efficiently Monitor and respond to billing inquiries from members Reconcile billing discrepancies, credits, and adjustments Support billing communications and service suspension processes Assist with reporting and basic accounting tasks Prepare billing documentation for semi-annual C.A.R. approval Membership & Member Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and membership questions Build familiarity with membership benefits and services to better support members Support New Member Orientation and onboarding Identify trends and suggest improvements to billing and membership workflows Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organization Friendly, clear communication and customer service skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP Basic accounting coursework or related experience preferred This position is required to be in the office.
