Uncapped back-end commissions on completed jobs

What You’ll Do
Qualify homeowners and educate customers
Sign contracts and pass deals to the internal team
Log basic notes in CRM
What We Handle
Insurance claims, paperwork, scheduling, and approvals
You sell — we run the process — you keep selling and earn the back-end
Who This Is For
Outside sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, D2D, B2C)
Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable talking to homeowners
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
